Alderney Week 2006: TWTWTW –
That was The Week That Was!
And
what a week it was! With more events
than ever, including a number of new events and venues this made this year the
best Alderney Week for many years.
The 2006 theme
“Heroes and Heroines” offered plenty of scope for the Manpowered Flight Show,
the Cavalcade floats and walking groups, the Gala Night and other events
throughout the week.

Alderney Public Affairs Officer), James Adair (Editor of the Alderney Journal),
freelance photographers Ian Laurence and Mandy Hart as well as numerous
Alderney Week revellers who kindly submitted their photographs for publication
