Welcome to the lovely Channel Island of Alderney and welcome to Alderney Week, the Channel Islands' - and possibly Britain's -  biggest annual festival.

It's time to forget all your troubles, the credit crunch etc..

The theme for Alderney Week 2013  is "TWO OF A KIND"  and to celebrate this year's 65th anniversary, we'll push out the boat with a bumper programme of non-stop fun and frolics for all the family.

Expect all the usual favourites, like the Man-Powered Flight, the Daft Raft Race and the Gala Night along with Cavalcade Day - all absolutely FREE... and expect a few new suprise events!

Over the next few months the Alderney Week Team (photo: Lee & Alex Flewitt, Ronnie Cairnduff, Ilona Soane-Sands and  Nigel Vooght) will be working on an action- and fun-packed programme of events and aim to publish the first details by end February.  

Alderney Week 2013 will be a glorious week leaving everybody with lifelong memories of an amazing time on a little island.
